This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application SnakeX (the "App"), available on the Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

SnakeX is designed to be a simple, offline casual game. We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal information to use the App. The game does not collect:

13.1 Acceptance of Terms

13.2 License Grant

CYBERLOOM IT TECHNOLOGIES grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible Android device that you own or control, subject to these Terms.

13.3 User Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App or any portion thereof
• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or data connected to the App
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, sell, or commercially exploit the App or any content within it
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

13.4 Intellectual Property

The App and all of its original content, features, functionality, graphics, UI design, source code, and documentation are and will remain the exclusive property of CYBERLOOM IT TECHNOLOGIES. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws of Bangladesh and international treaties.

13.5 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. CYBERLOOM IT TECHNOLOGIES specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, be error-free, or be free of viruses or other harmful components.

13.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CYBERLOOM IT TECHNOLOGIES, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

13.7 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App.

13.8 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh.

13.9 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
